The fixation holes and locating sights make it possible to correctly position the CMS pick and place robot.
If the customer-supplied gerber does not have technical specifications for panel layout, Safe complies with the following default design rules
Fixation holes and locating sights - size:
A : Locating sigth, ø = 1mm (3 sights in the technical border).
B : Area w/o soldermask, ø = 3mm.
C : Fixation holes, ø = 3.2mm (3 holes in the technical border)
Fixation holes and locating sights - position:
x : Technical border width + 5 mm.
y : Half of technical border width.
z : Technical border width + 10 mm.
