Maximum thickness of the material in which it is possible to drill to a given diameter.
Below against, examples of ratios for a 1.6mm thick material.
Aspect ratio 1/8 -> PTH diameter 0.2mm -> 1.6mm thickness
Aspect ratio 1/4 -> PTH diameter 0.4mm -> 1.6mm thickness
Another example:
Aspect ratio 1/20 -> PTH diameter 0.2mm -> 2.4mm thickness max.
