Safe-PCB technicians can also design panels with different PCB on it.
This leads to additional fees because the panel is designed by Safe.
. Provide the Gerber files of each different PCB in an archive (*.zip) and a scheme or drawing of the panel to design in a PDF file.
. Safe-PCB technicians will then design the panel, store the gerber files (*.zip) and upload an overview (*.png) of the fully designed panel in the History tab.
. They optimize the overall cost (material, cuts, separations)
After the customer valids the panel design, the production of the order begins.
DIFFERENTS PCBs - GERBER INCLUDING CUSTOMER DESIGN
The customer can provide his own panel, already designed, with mixed PCBs.
. Provide an archive (*.zip) containing the GERBER files of the fully designed panel with different PCBs.
. Safe technicians will analyze the Customer design, check if the conception is compatible with Safe-PCB production process, and upload an overview (*.png) in the History tab.
Once the customer confirm the panel design, Safe-PCB starts the order production.
DIFFERENTS PCBs - CUSTOMER DESIGN WITH PDF INSTRUCTIONS
The customer can provide an image of his own panel, already designed in a PDF .
. Provide an archive (*.zip) containing the GERBER files of each different PCB, as a unit, and a PDF file of the paneling.
. Safe technicians will analyze the Customer design, check if the conception is compatible with Safe-PCB production process, create the panel with CAD software, and upload an overview (*.png) in the History tab..
Once the customer validates the panel design, Safe-PCB starts the order production.
DIFFERENTS PCBs - CUSTOMER DESIGN FROM STENCIL FILE
The customer can provide a paneling identical to a previous production, from the Stencil file.
. Provide an archive (*.zip) containing the GERBER files of each different PCB, as a unit, and the gerber file of the stencil already produced.
. Safe technicians will analyze the panel design, check if the conception is compatible with Safe-PCB production process, create the manufacturing file according to the stencil file provided, and upload an overview (*.png) in the History tab..
Once the customer validates the panel design, Safe-PCB starts the order production.
