EXTERNAL LAYERS - TRACKS WIDTH AND SPACE
On external layers, the minimum track width and the minimum space between the tracks is a function of the thickness of the final copper layer (base copper + metallization).
The table (Fig. CWS1) show min. values in terms of track width and spacing depending the final copper layer thickness.
X = final Copper layer thickness
W = Minimum space between tracks and hole
Y = Minimum space between tracks
Z = minimum track width
INTERNAL LAYERS - TRACKS WIDTH AND SPACE
On internal layers, the minimum track width and the minimum space between the tracks is a function of the thickness of the final copper layer.
For standard multilayer PCBs (1 press cycle), the table (Fig. CWS1) show min. values in terms of track width and spacing depending the final internal copper layer thickness.
