Mini space. standard green soldermask : 25 microns
Mini space. nonstandard soldermask : 25 microns - White, black, blue, red, ...
Minimum width (Y on Fig. SCW1):
Our process forces us to set a minimum bandwidth of soldermask between two elements (pads, PTH vias, etc. ..).
Minimum width standard green soldermask : 100 microns
Minimum width nonstandard soldermask : 125 microns - White, black, blue, red, ...
